We are looking for Registered RAD Ballet Teachers who want to take their careers to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  1. To teach students using different methodologies and teaching styles with the ability to prepare students for RAD exams
  2. Choreograph, co-manage, co-organise and be part of the upcoming school shows
  3. Demonstrate excellence in teaching dance and commitment to integrating new methods in the learning process
  4. Implement a hands-on/hands-off, artistic approach to teaching ensuring that participants are fully engaged and working toward specific goals
  5. Keep up-to-date in teaching area/discipline including licenses, training or certificates as applicable


Qualifications:
  1. Education
    • ​​​High School Graduate
    • ​Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field​
    • B.A. (Hons) Ballet Education (or similar undergraduate degree)
    • CBTS or PDTD or PGCE in Dance Teaching are acceptable too
  2. ​Professional Certifications
    • Certified Ballet Teacher
    • RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) Registered Ballet Teacher
    • CPR / First aid certification​​
  3. Experience
    • With Professional level experience within three (3) years of teaching experience
    • Pre-Primary in Dance up to Intermediate Foundation
    • With judging experience being an advantage
  4. Other Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse group of staff and students
    • Demonstrated involvement as a practicing artist in the specific disciplines or specializations of the respective style of dance

Requirements:
  1. Must hold a valid International Driving license or GCC driving license or able to convert the current driving license to Qatar driving license
  2. ​Ages 21 to 30 years old
  3. Foreign Language: Good in English
