Sales/Admin Coordinator - FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Job Summary:
The position handles multiple responsibilities which provides administrative and secretarial support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Reception
*Facilitates class registrations and gatekeeping
*Answers phone inquiries and responds to any correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
II. Office Administration
*Coordinates and prepares class/program schedules
*Creates client profiles in the system
*Collates reports from different location, consolidates and reports weekly and monthly
*Provides secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
III. Financial Management
*Collects payments and issues receipts
*Prepares financial reports as required
*Month end duties as required
IV. Operational Support (Customer Service/Sales)
*Leads the team in any operational coordinations and reporting
*Assist in mobilization of any Fitness Programs
*Updates clients’ files/ records in the system
V. Educational Requirements:
*Bachelors’ Degree in a related field
VI. Experience:
* With related experience in Record Keeping, Front-line Personnel or Office Administration
* 1 to 3 years of any related experience

*Administrative and Clerical procedures and systems
*Knowledge in Technology; Office Software programs, Graphic Presentation and Web Research.

Salary: QAR 3,000.00 (All-Inclusive)
