Job Description:
We are looking for an aspiring and capable Sales and Marketing candidate with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales and marketing role. The candidate will be responsible for selling our services to individual clients who are looking for us to match them with a personal trainer. The candidate will also be reaching out to residential apartment buildings and companies who hire us to teach on-site group fitness classes for their residents/employees. The candidate will also be reaching out to personal trainers to have them register and create a profile on our platform. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses amazing writing skills, can communicate ideas and is a master problem solver. They take a strategic approach to selling, leveraging all of the data at their disposal and want to close. They are confident, yet humble, with a relentless passion for building customer loyalty and relationships.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for inbound/outbound B2B and B2C prospects
  • Respond to inbound/outbound leads and information requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Make outbound telephone calls and emails following company sales procedures
  • Schedule phone consultations and in-person consultations with B2B and B2C clients
  • Effectively utilize and update information within CRM tool (InfustionSoft). Maintain clean lead, contact, and activity records to ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage and monitor e-mail marketing campaigns 
  • Provide client account management and consistent and customer-centric customer service and support
  • Provide assistance in general marketing initiatives and establishing new marketing channels and affiliations
  • Conduct marketing events as necessary 

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role 
  • Preferably with a background in the health & fitness industry but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with demonstrated experience in sales and account management and the ability to present solutions to client needs
  • A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented team environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (including CRM systems, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)

Salary:
  • $35,000-45,00 / year plus commission and other benefits
