Job Description:
Bounce Fitness is looking for an organized individual to help run day-to-day operations and manage the administrative task to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain Office Services
    1. Organize office operations and procedures
    2. Professionally handle customers concerns and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
    3. Process Billing, invoices and other financial related processes
    4. Support to generate sales leads
    5. Ensures effective telephone/ e-mail communications/ other related correspondence, complaints and queries both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  2. Maintain Office Efficiency
    1. Managing office staff to improve performance
    2. Process payroll and prepares financial reports
    3. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  3. Maintain Office Records and Office Equipment
    1. Design and ensures filing systems are maintained and up to date
    2. Write business letters/ word processing, spreadsheet and database to prepare reports and documents
  4. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required or higher education
    Preferably with 5-10 years Administrative/Supervisory or Managerial experience
    Reliable source of transportation
    Strong computer skills in Microsoft office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
